  It's surprising seeing so many negative reviews. This is one of the only few Burger Kings that let you "Have It Your Way". For example, I sometimes like getting onion rings on my burger or a double rodeo burger. Until recently, they didn't charge anything extra for the onion rings but now there's like a 15 cent charge for it. That's way better than other Burger Kings that charge a whole dollar for those 2 - 3 onion rings.
  
  Sure, orders sometimes get mixed up and pop runs out/doesn't taste right but what fast food restaurant doesn't do this? If you have a problem with your food and/or drink(s), they will take care of it. With regard to how employee(s) look when asking for a refund, they're most likely not pissed like what Christine said, rather that's their resting face. I can't think of any fast food restaurant nor retail store where the employee(s) helping me with a refund didn't look this way. In fact, most of the time when ordering/checking out anywhere, they look like this.
  
  As for management, I can't say I order inside often enough to really notice any changes. The last time I had a problem with my order, the manager who helped me was a woman. If someone worse replaced her, that would be too bad; however, I'm not going to leave a negative review at my favorite Burger King for this. All in all, it's about a 4/5 for typical fast food service that's bound to making mistakes but since they let you have it your way at a reasonable price, it's 5/5.

  Alright place if your to busy to relax for fine dining. Could be a little cleaner though. Overall food is great.

  Absolutely horrible. What happened to the one manager, because that place ran much more smoothly with her. Whomever you have now, is a joke. This place is absolutely unprofessional, cold food, and I literally doubt I'll be back after tonight. I work with the public! I know they can be assholes, so don't disregard customers who actually try to be nice! Absolutely mortified after tonight's experience.. that manager needs demoted..
